Workshops – Delays
Ah the joys of planning Workshops. Both workshops I previously announced have been postponed. The Model Jumpstart Workshop that I’m participating in was postponed until November of this year. You can visit www.jennifermoss.com/model-workshop for more info as it develops.
My own Lessons For Aspiring Artists™ workshop had to be pushed back to early 2010 due to work scheduling and location conflicts. The new location, however, does afford me to be able to lower the rates for the Workshop!

I’ve finally set the date for my latest Lessons for Aspiring Artists Workshop™ in San Francisco. The next one will be held on Saturday, September 13th. Workshops – Los Angeles 1
There’s a lot of bad information floating around out there regarding modeling. For reasons similar to why I started my workshops for makeup artists (to counteract some of this bad info), I’m participating in a workshop for models with photographer Jennifer Moss.
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jennifer for years. A consummate and talented professional, Jennifer has leant her expertise to the modeling industry for well over 10 years. It is my pleasure to be working on this event with her. Talent manager and former model Carmen Cornish Helligar will also be presenting her knowledge from the standpoint of an actual model as well as someone who now represents talent. We will be conducting exercises, I’ll be doing a makeup demonstrations, and each participant will receive a photo sitting. This promises to be an evening of learning and of fun!
